Call Kite is designed to send automatic SMS replies to missed calls on your Android device. You are solely responsible for the content of any SMS messages sent through the App, and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, including telecommunications regulations in your country or region.

Sending SMS messages via Call Kite uses your mobile carrier's standard SMS service. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Call Kite is not responsible for any charges incurred through your use of the App.

All content, branding, and software associated with Call Kite — including the App itself, its design, and its source code — are the intellectual property of Call Kite and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

Call Kite is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that automatic replies will be delivered successfully in all circumstances. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your device, carrier, and network conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Kite and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed business opportunities, failed SMS deliveries, or data loss.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
